Refund Policy

What you're buying

Scoring and generating startup ideas is free. Paid credit packs (1, 5, or 10 credits) unlock "Build real deliverables" — a real, downloadable investor memo (.docx), financial model (.xlsx), and pitch deck (.pptx) for an idea in your history. One credit is used per full deliverables build. Credits expire 90 days after purchase.

Refund eligibility

• Unused packs: if you haven't used any credits from a purchase yet, you can request a full refund within 14 days of the purchase date.
• Partially or fully used packs: once a credit has been used to build deliverables, that credit is non-refundable — the work has already been generated and real cost incurred to produce it.
• Expired credits: credits not used within the 90-day window expire and are not refunded, unless the refund request falls within the 14-day window above (in which case the "unused pack" refund applies instead).

How to request a refund

Email [YOUR CONTACT EMAIL] with your account email and the approximate purchase date. Purchases are made in cryptocurrency via NOWPayments, our payment processor. Because crypto transactions settle on-chain and aren't reversible the way a card payment is, an approved refund is issued as a manual crypto transfer back to a wallet address you provide, rather than an automatic reversal — this can take longer than a typical card refund, so please allow extra time.

Chargebacks and disputes

If something's wrong with a purchase, please contact us directly first — most issues can be resolved faster that way than through a formal dispute. Unlike some payment providers, NOWPayments is not a merchant of record for this app: we (not NOWPayments) are the legal seller of record for credit-pack purchases, so we handle refund and dispute resolution directly rather than through the processor.
